A closer look at my journey: from aviation and telecom operations, to institutional work at the university, to a long track record in real estate leading marketing and sales for large-scale developments.
My professional journey began at flynas, in a service and operations environment where standards, speed, and customer experience are non-negotiable — the first place I learned to work under pressure and to the detail.
I then moved to the telecom sector as Supervisor of Central Region Outlets for Saudi Telecom Company (STC), through an operating partner company: managing multiple points of sale, sales teams, targets, and operational and service performance across the region.
After that came the institutional stage at King Saud University — College of Engineering, where I managed executive office operations and held membership in a wide set of committees, units, and councils of the Department of Industrial Engineering: the Industrial Engineering Council and its Scientific Committee, Strategic Planning, Quality Unit, Academic Accreditation, Curriculum and Graduation Projects, Graduate Studies, Scheduling and Registration, Student Academic Advising, Practical Training, Alumni and Employment, Statistics and Information, Promotions and Appointments, Teaching Assistants and Scholarships, the Industrial Advisory Council, and Community Service and Continuing Education — a stage that shaped how I read systems, governance, and decision-making.
During that same period I served as a member of the Shopping Centers and Tourism Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, where part of my mandate was following the readiness and launch of commercial centers — and among the openings delivered within that work was Al Hamra Mall.
Real estate has been my longest and deepest chapter. As Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Baytak Saudi Real Estate, I worked alongside the Chief Executive Officer on managing the company and its portfolio of projects — including commercial and office developments that were leased out in full — before serving as Chief Executive Officer of Watad Real Estate Marketing, alongside advisory work in opportunity assessment, market research, feasibility, pricing, and real estate product development with developers and development platforms. Across this track record, the deals and market values I have managed exceed SAR 1.5 billion.
Today I serve as Board Member and Head of the Sales and Marketing Sector at Waheej Real Estate, where I lead Durrat Al Janadriyah — a fully serviced master-planned land development with an estimated value of around SAR 1.5 billion. The mandate runs from market and feasibility studies to pricing, product positioning, the sales system, and launch readiness, alongside a pipeline of Waheej projects still under study and preparation. I am also Co-Founder and partner at YOVI Studio, a PropTech studio for real estate product presentation and AI-enabled digital solutions, and an advisor to several companies.
The common thread running through all of it is this: pairing executive governance with market insight, and using Artificial Intelligence and PropTech to turn data into decisions — pricing, positioning, and a real estate product that holds its value over time.
